PULSE is the project that uses donations and grants financial support to conduct first aid training for volunteers, professional first-responders, law enforcement personnel, etc., in the areas affected by war.
The purpose of such training is to save the lives of patients with war-related trauma. The problem we address is the preventable death of the people injured by shelling, mines, and missile strikes.
The project’s target audience are the volunteers willing to learn first aid to apply these skills in their communities and the professional first responders (paramedics, police officers, etc.) lacking first aid skills.
PULSE is a team of professional first aid trainers operating in the South of Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian Invasion. During the last eight months, PULSE trained more than 9000 people to provide basic first aid.
