We work to make a difference in Ukraine and the world in general.
Our goal is to raise Ukrainians’ living standard, create equal financing opportunities for everyone, and bring about continuous development and systemic changes in our country.

Ukrainian Project Agency was founded by the former team and residents of Community 42 — an Odesa-based community focused on innovation, creative economy, business, and technology.
Back in Community 42, our goal was the development of all areas of economy and culture in our hometown. After the events of February 24, we – each participant independently – got involved in helping Ukrainians (volunteering, fundraising initiatives). Having united, we strengthened our expertise and scaled up our vision to the entire Ukraine.
The UPA team comprises project managers and specialists in communications and business analysis. If we need additional expertise during the project implementation, we also engage businesspeople, scientists, and specialists from other fields.
